I have retired to the west coast of Florida. I play lots of golf and restore and ride vintage motorcycles.
Scott passed peacefully on December 5th, 2022 after living with Parkinson's for many years. He was 86 years old. What a great ride he had. He was the founder and spirit of the ABM program. He was my friend and mentor for 48 years.
Gerry Howe, our part time professor for many years, also passed recently after an illness. He had moved to Savannah, Georgia and was in contact with all of us right up to his death. We miss his humor and awful golf game.
Dave Tooch lives in Durham and splits his time between his twin grandchildren and golf in the Durham area or Florida. Ben Fowler spends his time sailing his boat on the Maine coast.
Thanks to all of my students for 35 great years.
It is sad that the Thompson School is gone, but we will always
remember it fondly.
